Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 15, 2026 · Last Updated: July 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Small Business Advantage Group, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit eepartnergroup.com (the "Site") or engage our services, including the Authority Engine content production service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically through the Site, and information generated in the course of delivering your content service:
- Contact and business information: name, business name, email, phone number, and business details submitted through our intake form or provided during onboarding.
- Voice recordings and voice clone data: audio recordings you provide for the purpose of creating an AI voice clone used to produce your content. See Section 2 below — this is treated as biometric data and handled under a separate, heightened standard.
- Business videos and images: media you upload for use in your content production.
- Communications data: messages exchanged through our website chat widget, SMS/text messages, phone calls, and email, including consent records for SMS communications.
- Website usage data: pages visited, referral source, and general analytics collected through standard tracking tools.
- Payment information: billing details processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves.
2. Biometric Data: Voice Cloning Notice & Consent
Your voice recording, once used to create an AI voice clone, constitutes a "voiceprint" — a biometric identifier under Texas law (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 503.001, the Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act). We are required to inform you of this and obtain your consent before capturing it, which we do through a dedicated consent step separate from general service sign-up.
By providing a voice recording for cloning purposes, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Purpose: your voiceprint is captured solely to generate an AI-cloned voice used to produce podcast, video, and audio content on your behalf, as part of the service you engage us for.
- Consent: we obtain your affirmative, informed consent prior to capturing your voice recording for cloning. You may decline to provide a voice recording, in which case we cannot deliver voice-cloned content.
- Storage and protection: your voice data is encrypted and stored using reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, and access is limited to authorized production personnel.
- Disclosure: we do not sell, lease, or trade your biometric data. Your voice data may be processed by our voice-cloning technology subprocessors (currently ElevenLabs, Speechify, and Podcastle) solely to generate your content, under those providers' own data-processing terms.
- Retention and destruction: we retain your voice clone data for as long as your service remains active. If you cancel your service, we will destroy your voice clone data within a reasonable time and no later than one year following cancellation, unless you request earlier deletion or an exception applies under law.
- Your right to deletion: you may request destruction of your voice clone data at any time by contacting us at the information in Section 10.
3. How We Use Information
- To produce and deliver your weekly content (podcast, blog, video, and social assets)
- To communicate with you about your account, service delivery, and support
- To send SMS/text communications you have opted into (see Section 5)
- To process payments and manage billing
- To improve our services and troubleshoot technical issues
- To comply with legal obligations
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following categories of third-party providers to deliver our service. Each processes limited data solely to perform their function for us:
- Voice & audio production: ElevenLabs, Speechify, Podcastle
- CRM, scheduling & communications: GoHighLevel (including the website chat widget)
- Podcast hosting & distribution: Transistor
- File storage: Google Drive
- Payment processing: Stripe
- Video/clip production: Veed, Headliner, or Creatomate
These providers are contractually or by policy restricted from using your data for purposes other than providing services to us.
5. SMS & Text Messaging Communications
If you opt in to receive SMS messages from us — including through our website chat widget — you consent to receive text messages related to your service, appointment reminders, and account updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Consent to receive SMS messages is never required as a condition of purchasing our services.
6. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption for sensitive data such as voice recordings. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your service is active and as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Voice clone data is subject to the heightened retention limits described in Section 2. Other data may be retained longer where required for legal, accounting, or legitimate business purposes.
8. Your Privacy Rights
If you are a Texas resident, you may have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 10.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Site and services are intended for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.
